My career has taken me from pursuing a dream in music to working behind the scenes in recording studios, on international stages, and alongside some of the industry's most recognized talent.
But the most valuable lessons I've learned weren't about being seen. They were about preparation, relationships, responsibility, and understanding the impact of the work you do when no one is watching.
THE JOURNEY
EVERY EXPERIENCE WAS PREPARING ME FOR SOMETHING GREATER.
Before I became an entertainment executive, I was an aspiring artist with a dream of making it in the music industry.
While pursuing that dream, I spent more than a decade building a career in retail leadership, training, and development. What started as a way to support my passion for music became an unexpected foundation in people management, operations, communication, and leadership.
Determined to find my place in the industry, I pursued audio engineering at SAE Institute Miami. That decision opened the door to recording studios, where I began as an assistant recording engineer and quickly stepped into studio management.
Working alongside established artists, producers, and industry professionals gave me a deeper understanding of what it takes to bring creative visions to life.
What I once imagined would be a career in front of the microphone became a career helping make extraordinary things happen behind it.
And that was only the beginning.
BEHIND THE SCENES
FROM THE RECORDING STUDIO TO THE WORLD STAGE.
What began inside recording studios eventually expanded into touring, artist operations, and the fast-paced world of live entertainment.
My journey has taken me from supporting recording sessions and managing studio operations to working alongside internationally recognized artists on major tours, festival stages, and productions around the world.
Along the way, my responsibilities evolved far beyond any single job description. From coordinating travel, wardrobe, and production logistics to managing backstage operations and anticipating the needs of artists and their teams, I learned that success behind the scenes depends on preparation, adaptability, discretion, and trust.
Working in environments where every detail matters has shaped how I approach leadership. It's taught me to remain composed under pressure, solve problems before they become obstacles, and understand that the most meaningful contributions aren't always the most visible.
Today, I bring that experience to my work as an entertainment executive, helping bridge creative vision with the people, planning, and execution required to bring it to life.

LEADERSHIP ISN'T ABOUT BEING SEEN. IT'S ABOUT MAKING AN IMPACT.
Throughout my career, I've learned that some of the most influential people in any room are not necessarily the ones standing in the spotlight.
They're the ones preparing before anyone arrives, anticipating challenges before they arise, making difficult decisions under pressure, and ensuring that everyone around them can perform at their best.
These experiences shaped my philosophy of Behind-the-Scenes Leadership™—the belief that leadership is demonstrated through responsibility, preparation, service, and the ability to influence outcomes, regardless of position or title.
I believe proximity creates opportunity, but preparation determines what we do with it. Every room we enter offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, build relationships, and become more valuable to the people and organizations we serve.
My mission is to challenge how people define leadership and help professionals recognize the influence they already possess.
Because leadership isn't reserved for those at the top.
It's demonstrated by those willing to do the work.

My journey through the entertainment industry has given me more than professional experience. It's given me a responsibility to share what I've learned and create opportunities for those coming behind me.
As a speaker, I bring real-world lessons from recording studios, international tours, and executive environments into classrooms, professional spaces, and leadership conversations. Through Behind-the-Scenes Leadership™, I challenge individuals to recognize their value, develop their professional identity, and understand that meaningful leadership can happen at every level.
That same mission inspired me to establish Power in Assisting™, a leadership and workforce development initiative focused on preparing aspiring assistants and emerging professionals for opportunities in entertainment and beyond.
Through education, mentorship, professional development, and talent placement, my goal is to help bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity while redefining how the world recognizes the people working behind the scenes.
For me, success is no longer measured only by the rooms I've entered.
It's measured by how many doors I can help open for others.
