LESLEY BAPTISTE
The Power Behind the Spotlight.
Entertainment Executive | Speaker | Founder
Leadership doesn't always stand in the spotlight. Sometimes, it makes the spotlight possible.
THE POWER BEHIND THE SPOTLIGHT.

SELECTED CREDITS & INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
THE WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.
From recording studios to major tours and international stages, my career has been built on contributing to the moments audiences see—and the work they don't.
With experience spanning recording engineering, music production, artist operations, and creative projects, I've had the opportunity to work alongside some of the entertainment industry's most recognized talent.
Every credit represents more than a project. It represents preparation, collaboration, execution, and the power of leadership behind the scenes.

SPEAKING & LEADERSHIP
LEADERSHIP ISN'T ALWAYS IN THE SPOTLIGHT.
Some of the most influential leaders are the ones working behind the scenes.
Drawing from nearly two decades in entertainment, Lesley Baptiste brings real-world lessons from recording studios, international tours, and high-pressure artist operations to the stage.
Through Behind-the-Scenes Leadership™, he challenges audiences to recognize their value, lead with intention, and understand that influence is earned through action—not titles.

MEDIA | FEATURES | INDUSTRY RECOGNITION
THE IMPACT BEYOND THE WORK.
The work behind the scenes doesn't always make headlines, but its impact reaches far beyond the spotlight.
From recording studios and international tours to industry features and educational institutions, my journey has opened doors to meaningful conversations about leadership, influence, and the people who make entertainment possible.
Through media appearances, professional collaborations, and speaking engagements, I continue to champion a message that has shaped my career: leadership is demonstrated through action, not defined by a title.
